We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our bras. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate. Sizing: Our professional size guides are for reference only. As body shapes vary, a "perfect fit" cannot be guaranteed based solely on measurements. Please refer to our Refund Policy for exchange options if the fit is not ideal.

3. ORDER PROCESSING & MODIFICATIONS

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days.

  • Address Changes: It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct shipping address. Once an order has entered the "Shipping" stage, we cannot modify the shipping address or cancel the order.

4. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

While we strive to meet all delivery estimates, we are not responsible for delays caused by customs, natural disasters, or postal carrier strikes. Lost/Stolen Packages: If the tracking information shows that your package was "Delivered" but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly. [Starbeam] is not liable for packages stolen after confirmed delivery.

5. BILLING & PAYMENT SECURITY

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail provided. All payments are processed through secure, encrypted gateways. We do not store your credit card information.

As a seller of intimate apparel, we reserve the right to reject any returned items that show signs of wear, washing, or damage. This is to ensure the health and safety of all our customers.
