1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

2. SHIPPING RATES & ESTIMATES

We offer worldwide shipping to ensure every woman can find her perfect fit.

  • Standard Shipping: FREE on orders over $[75]. For orders under $[75], a flat rate of $[6.99] will be charged.

  • Estimated Delivery Time: * United States: 7-12 business days

    • United Kingdom / Europe: 8-14 business days

    • Australia / Canada: 10-15 business days

    • Rest of the World: 15-20 business days

Note: Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of shipping, not the date of order.

3. HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

 

4. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES

[Starbeam] is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. 6. LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES

[Starbeam] is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report it to your respective shipping carrier.
