1. OUR "PERFECT FIT" GUARANTEE
We want you to feel confident and comfortable in our lingerie. If your purchase isn't quite right, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the delivery date.
2. HYGIENE & RETURN CONDITIONS
Due to the intimate nature of our products, we maintain strict hygiene standards. To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must meet the following criteria:

Condition: Unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

Tags & Packaging: Must have all original tags, liners, and packaging attached.

Hygiene Scrutiny: Items with makeup stains, deodorant marks, scents (perfume/detergent), or pet hair will not be accepted and will be sent back at the customer's expense.
Note: For health reasons, individual panties or sets including panties cannot be returned once the hygiene seal is broken or the packaging is opened.
3. EXCHANGES (Free for First-Time Orders)
Finding the right bra size can be tricky! To help you find your "Perfect Fit," we offer one-time FREE shipping on your first exchange.

4. RETURNS FOR REFUND
If you prefer a refund to your original payment method:

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Processing Fee: A $9.99 restocking and processing fee will be deducted from your final refund amount.

Original Shipping: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
5. HOW TO START A RETURN

Once approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address and instructions.

Please use a trackable shipping service. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
6. REFUND TIMELINE
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification. Approved refunds will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
7. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the issue. We will send a replacement at no additional cost to you.
